Guide for Uploading Results and Changing Institution to Wigwe University

✅ Uploading O’Level Results on JAMB CAPS Portal

There are two main methods to upload your WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results:

Option 1: Upload via JAMB eFacility Portal

1. Visit JAMB Portal
2. Log in using your JAMB registration number/email and password.
3. Navigate to “Upload Result” on your dashboard.
4. Select:
   • Year of your O’Level exam
   • Exam type (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB)
5. Enter your exam registration number.
6. Upload a scanned copy of your result (JPEG/PNG, max 50KB).
7. Pay a processing fee of ₦500 using your ATM card or other online payment options.
8. Review and confirm your details, then click Upload.
9. Check your CAPS portal to confirm successful upload.

Option 2: Upload via Accredited JAMB CBT Centre

1. Visit a nearby JAMB-accredited CBT centre.
2. Provide:
   • Original O’Level result slip
   • Printed JAMB registration slip
3. Pay a processing fee (around ₦700).
4. The centre will upload your result electronically.
5. Confirm upload status on your CAPS portal.

🔄 Changing Institution to Wigwe University on JAMB CAPS

You can change your institution to Wigwe University either online or at a JAMB centre:

Online Method via JAMB CAPS

1. Visit JAMB Portal
2. Log in with your email and password.
3. Navigate to “Correction of Data” → Select “Course/Institution”.
4. Choose your exam year and enter your JAMB registration number.
5. Make a payment of ₦2,500 via Remita or other payment gateways.
6. After payment, select Wigwe University as your new first choice.
7. Submit and wait for confirmation via email or SMS.

Offline Method via JAMB Office or CBT Centre

1. Visit a JAMB office or accredited CBT centre .
2. Request the Change of Institution Form.
3. Pay the required fee and fill out the form.
4. Provide your thumbprint for verification.
5. The officer will process your request and give you a confirmation printout.

📌 Important Notes

• Ensure your O’Level subjects match the requirements for your chosen course at Wigwe University.
• You cannot change your institution after being offered admission.
• You can only change your institution once, so choose wisely.
• Keep all documents (registration slip, result, confirmation printout) safe.
